Activity 13: Make your own salt coins

You will need:  

• A cup of salt
• A cup of flour
• Half a cup of warm water
• A tablespoon of oil
• Round little cookie cutters

That’s how it’s done

1. Mix the salt, flour, water and oil in a bowl.
2. Knead the dough until it feels soft and smooth.
3. Take your cookie cutter and cut out the coins from salt dough.
4. Write numbers or make characters in the coins.
5. If you want, you can also color your salt coins.
6. Play the salt game with our coins.
